TRSYS01 is a high-accuracy system for on-site measurement of thermal resistance, R, thermal conductance, the Λ-value, and thermal transmittance, the U-value, of building envelopes. TRSYS01 is mostly used for measurements according to standard practices of ISO 9869 and ASTM C1155 / C1046. The system is equipped with high-accuracy electronics, two heat flux sensors of model HFP01 as well as two pairs of matched thermocouples. The two measurement locations provide redundancy, leading to a high level of confidence in the measurement result. The high accuracy of the heat flux sensors and temperature difference measurements ensures that TRSYS01 continues measuring when other systems no longer perform; in particular at very low-temperature differences across the wall. -
TCOMSYS01 is a measuring system to help understand and quantify “causes and effects” leading to human thermal comfort. The TCOM01 body is temperature stabilized at 33 °C so that it offers a relatively direct measurement of the human experience. In essence, TCOM01 is a miniature thermal mannequin, measuring according to the innovative Hot Cube method. The heater power required to keep the TCOM01 at a constant temperature is the main measurand. Incorporating 5 heat flux sensors with a black absorber also offers a detailed picture of the heat gain and loss from different directions, and a good indication of convective and radiative asymmetry. Other measurements are sensor body temperature, air temperature, and relative humidity. In its standard configuration, the system consists of an MCU (Measurement and Control Unit) and a TCOM01 sensor. The MCU offers a direct connection to any local area network and “Ethernet over USB”. TCOM01 is also available as a sensor only.TCOMSYS01 advantages

FHF05 is the product range to start looking if you consider measuring heat flux. Models are available in five different dimensions and sensitivities. All FHF05’s are flexible, have an integrated temperature sensor and have thermal spreaders to reduce thermal conductivity dependence. Rated temperature range is from –70 to +120 °C. FHF05 measures heat flux from conduction, radiation and convection. Optionally, black BLK and gold GLD stickers are available for all five models to separately determine heat transport by radiation and convection. In case the FHF05 series does not match your needs, have a look at other heat flux sensor models for special applications.- flexible (bending radius ≥ 7.5 x 10-3 m)
- low thermal resistance
- wide temperature range
- fast response time
- large guard area
- integrated type T thermocouple
- robustness, including connection block, for strain relief
- IP protection class: IP67 (essential for outdoor application)
- integrated thermal spreaders for low thermal conductivity dependence

Want to study energy transport / heat flux in detail? Hukseflux helps taking your measurement to the next level: provide your heat flux sensors with radiation-absorbing black and radiation-reflecting gold stickers. You can then measure convective + radiative flux with one, and convective flux only with the other. Subtract the two measurements and you have radiative flux. GLD and BLK stickers are available for sensor models FHF04, FHF04SC, FHF03 and HFP01. They are designed to be applied by the user to the sensor; see the user manual and installation video for instructions.- Makes it possible to perform convective and radiative heat flux measurements
- Available as accessory for FHF04, FHF04SC, FHF03 and HFP01 heat flux sensors
- Designed to be applied by the user

A next-level sensor from the world market leader in heat flux measurement, FHF04SC is a combination of our standard model FHF04 heat flux sensor and a heater. The heater allows the user to perform self-tests, verifying sensor functionality and stability during use, without having to remove the sensor. FHF04SC is ideal for high-accuracy and long-term heat flux measurement, construction of calorimeters, (zero heat flux) core temperature measurement and thermal conductivity test equipment.- Flexible (bending radius ≥ 15 x 10⁻³ m)
- Low thermal resistance
- Wide temperature range
- Fast response time
- Integrated type T thermocouple
- Robustness, including metal connection block, may be used as strain relief
- IP protection class: IP67 (essential for outdoor application)
- Integrated thermal spreaders for low thermal conductivity dependence

IHF02 ultra sensitive industrial heat flux sensor measures heat flux and temperature, typically in industrial high-temperature environments. The instrument is waterproof, withstands high pressures and is extremely robust. IHF02 is 25 times more sensitive than model IHF01, making it suitable for use at relatively low heat flux levels. It replaces model HF01 high temperature heat flux sensor. IHF02 complies with industrial safety standards, such as CE and ATEX for explosive areas, and is particularly suitable for trend-monitoring and comparative testing.- High sensitivity
- Robust
- Suitable for use at high temperatures
- IP protection class: IP67
- Signal wires electrically insulated from the sensor body

Hukseflux, the world market leader in heat flux sensors, simplifies heat flux sensor calibration. HTR01 is a heater with 4-wire connection with a known surface area and electrical resistance. It is used for calibration and functionality checks of FHF-type heat flux sensors. Users can now easily and objectively check their sensor performance before and after use. See also model FHF02SC heat flux sensor with integrated heater.- Makes it possible to perform a simple test
- Guarantees sensor stability
- Matches FHF-type heat flux sensors
